Ginni Headlines a Musical May

of Windsor Singer, pianist and songwriter Ginni are to be credited on her new
album. | |
Her album has been produced by
James Hallawell who is currently working with artists signed to EMI and has worked
with Supergrass, The Pretenders, Dave Stewart, Joan Armatrading, Marti Pellow,
Dina Caroll and Alison Moyet, and Ginni who has been likened to Tori Amos, Kate
Bush, Skunk Anansie and Paul Weller, was excited to find that while recording
at Londons Westside Studios, her tracks were mixed through the exact same console
used for some of the Beatles tracks and Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon. The
album is being released on the record label Madam Music, which has teamed up with
Svengali record store in Windsor to accept album pre-orders at the event and throughout
May. There will also be an opportunity to win HMV vouchers and Madam Music designer

album, Ginni, will bear the names of 50 fans, while others who pre-order it will

will be a chance to hear acoustic versions from the album when Ginni, a previous
winner of BBC Berkshire's Band of the Year competition, headlines the Windsor
Royal Shopping's Musical May festival this weekend Windsor
visitors will also be the first to hear an acoustic version of her forthcoming
single, Jump the Sky, to be released later this summer. (note

will performing tomorrow (Saturday) and Sunday at Windsor Royal Station from 11-4pm. |
